Wave at Lakeside

On Friday, May 31 Wave attended Lakeside Elementary’s end of year field day. This was the last day of school for Lakeside, so all the kids went outside all day to participate in various activities. After 20 minutes, all the classes would rotate until all the stations were complete. The team brought along the season’s robot to demo for the kids, and multiple obstacle courses for the kids to compete in. The kids had fun trying to catch notes and racing through the courses. This also helped the kids get engaged and interested in robotics as well as STEM. 

Overall, it was a fun experience for the kids and an engaging one for the team!
