Wave at CARE Days

On Wednesday May 22, Wave attended CARE days at Oshkosh West. CARE Days is an event for special education students to do various activities and fun games alongside their high school buddy. This event is held district wide to celebrate students of various abilities. During this event, we helped kids construct foam rockets, as well as create their own led bracelets. We also showed the kids our season’s robot, and offered LEGOs for the younger kids to build with. 

These games and activities help to expose the kids to various STEM skills. We hope to do this event next year, it was a great experience for the team!
